"Call today and I ask the Lady, do I need an appointment or can I walk in. She asks when is your appointment!?!. I go no I want to talk to someone about insurance? She asks my name my number my info. Then she gets off the phone. A minute later she asks when is your appointment?!? What? I’m in some time loop, but she had an accent so I know she’s not completely understanding me, so I go, I want to come in, do I need an appointment? She says what, disappears again and after 3 minutes or more I had to just hang up and figured, well she has my number maybe someone’s interested in some business and call me back. 3 hours later no call. Can only give one star for now. Update: Review garnered a return call, kudos for that explained what happened and the lack of comprehension on what was being questioned. Unfortunately I ended up giving relatively large insurance package portfolio to another firm. Hey things happen but first impressions are crucial!"
