"Things have improved. If you asked me a few months ago or longer I would have given less than 4 stars, but as it stands I have noticed an improvement. My interaction with Cybelle Greene was ideal. She took ownership of my issue and got it resolved. One that I had brought up to the agency for over a year now. I have both home and auto with them and the price has been good enough for me not to bother to try to switch. Thankfully the overall State Farm system has also improved over the past few months as well so overall this might be a 5 star review in the upcoming months."
